White House Gets "Desperate"

This year's White House Correspondents Association Dinner will be a bit of a "Desperate" event. And, surprisingly or not, I am not voicing any political concerns here.

Two principal stars from the ABC show, Teri Hatcher and James Denton, as well as creator Marc Cherry, are among the VIPs slated to attend the annual dinner hosted by the impressionist Rich Little.

Wyclef Jean, Jane Fonda, Henry Kissinger, Dennis Hopper, Morgan Fairchild, David Geffen, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Katie Couric, Heather Mills, Mary Tyler Moore and others are also expected to attend the event.

Stephen Colbert will unfortunately not be making an appearance this year.
