Wilhelmina To Take Control Of Mode Magazine? ("Ugly Betty" Spoilers)

She has been trying to take over the control of Mode Magazine since the very beginning. Now Wilhelmina (Vanessa Willimans) is sick and tired of waiting. She steps up to the plate and takes bold steps to fulfill her fantasies of ultimate domination. Can the incarcerated Mama Meade stop her?

In my third preview of the May 3 episode of ABC's "Ugly Betty" entitled "Secretaries' Day" (that's how huge the episode is) you can see Claire Meade (Judith Light) with two very different visitors.



Her former son Alex - now daughter Alexis (Rebecca Romijn) - comes to provide the much needed consolation and support. Mama Meade is after all possibly the only understanding member of the family tolerant of his/her sex change.



The second visitor, however, will not come bearing muffins. Oh, no! The self-absorbed Botox-injected diva makes herself clear - nothing will come between her and the Editor-in-Chief position at Mode.



Can Mama Meade stop her? It seems Wilhelmina's arch rival has many other distracting issues to tackle, like that intimidating jail inmate called Yoga who gets a tad too close to mama.



Somebody help her!
