The wait is finally over. Next Thursday, April 19 "Ugly Betty" returns with the episode "Punch Out," followed by the "Time After Time" episode of "Grey's Anatomy," and there's even a new episode of "October Road." Highlights and guest stars after the jump.

It all begins at 8 when "Ugly Betty" tries to keep Daniel focused on work as he reverts to his old hard-partying ways, and a tabloid reporter stalks the Meade family.

Leslie Jordan whom you may remember as Beverly, Karen Walker's vertically-challenged snide and unconvincingly homophobic nemesis with a Southern accent on "Will & Grace," guest stars along with Bond girl Ivana Milicevic.

Then at 9, Izzie faces her painful past with George on her side and Meredith and McDreamy question their relationship. Mare Winningham returns as Susan Grey, Elizabeth Reaser as Jane Doe, and Roger Rees and Dr. Colin Marlow.

Finally at 10, on an all-new "October Road," Nick and the gang sit at the hospital with Hannah as they all anxiously await the outcome of Sam's surgery and when Pizza Girl is accosted by drunken frat guys, Physical Phil must come to rescue.
