ABC Drops "Emergency," Adds "LOST" Encores
Although there is only one episode left, ABC has axed "In Case of Emergency" effective immediately and will fill the 9pm slot on Wednesday night with "LOST" encores till the end of the season.
A repeat of last night's Juliet-centric episode of "LOST" will kick off those encores on April 18 (they were originally supposed to start a week later.)
There will be 23 episodes of "LOST" this season. We have seen 16. The final two-episodes will air as an extended season finale on May 23 from 9-11pm (the first half will as always go head-to-head with the grand finale of 'American Idol'.)
The network may give "LOST" with this scheduling some momentum in the ratings as it unveils the final 7 "shocking" episodes.
"In Case of Emergency" pulled in a horrendous 3,78 million viewers last night and its 18-49 rating tied an encore of The CW's Pussycat Doll reality show.
