"Heroes" Spoilers: NBC Drama Returns January 22
NBC has released the first promotional images from the January 22 episode of "Heroes" entitled "Godsend". The same evening "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" returns to its Monday 10pm timeslot.
The network has yet to release the official description of the episode, but the latest trailers on NBC have given us some insight into what awaits Heroes in the first post-hiatus episode.
HRG tells Mohinder they can make a difference. Nathan and Hiro meet. Matt admits to his wife that he can hear other people's thoughts. Mohinder tells Nathan that of all the people on "the list" his brother Peter may be the most important. Lawyer informs Niki they may be seeking death penalty. Peter tells Claude about his visions. And Claire confides in Haitian.
Also, the episode is rumored to be filled with breath-taking special effects from the very beginning and will feature new characters including an invisible man played by Dr. Who star Christopher Eccleston.
Finally, TV Guide has revealed today there will be yet another flashback in an upcoming episode going back to when Claire the cheerleader was only 14 and explaining how she came into HRG's care.
Don't forget that Masi Oka makes a special appearance on tonight's Jay Leno show and previews the January 22 episode with a special clip. Also, NBC will air two reruns next Monday: episodes 109 and 111 (the fall finale) air back to back 9-11pm.
For those who wish to see the episode 110 (the flashback episode that takes place six months before the fall finale), you may see it this Friday on the Sci-Fi Channel starting at 7pm.
"Heroes" is pre-empted on January 15 as NBC airs the Golden Globes telecast.
