An Invisible Man Joins 'Heroes'

British actor and
Dr. Who star Christopher Eccleston is coming to NBC's "Heroes" as an invisible man who has possessed his powers for a long time and becomes a mentor to Peter. Also joining the show, Star Trek's George Takai and Nip/Tuck's Jessalyn Gilsig.

Takai will play Hiro's (Masi Oka) father and Gilsig will play cheerleader Claire's biological mother.

E! online has meanwhile revealed another one of our "Heroes" will be dying before the current season ends.

Those who rooted for Peter and Claire becoming a couple may be disappointed to hear that won't be happening. In fact some have suggested they could be siblings.

And if you were wondering whether Zach will remain gay or, as demanded by actor Dekker's agent, convert to heterosexuality, the writers are promising an interesting solution to this dilemma.

Hayden "Punches" Masi

Hiro To host "Studio 60"

I also heard from Ausiello, well he hinted, that Jessalyn Gilsig will have the power of starting fires. :)

That should make things a bit more interesting. :)
