"Prison Break" Actor Breaks Down In Tears

"Prison Break" star Lane Garrison who crashed his car last Saturday killing a 17-year old boy visited church on Wednesday morning before breaking down in tears. The police are investigating evidence to decide whether to bring charges against the actor.

A sidewalk memorial lies at the spot where 17-year-old Beverly Hills High school student Vahagn Setian died when Garrison crashed his SUV on December 2 in Beverly Hills.

The police say it could take up to 8 weeks to determine whether or not to file charges against the actor. The actor's lawyer denies Garrison was intoxicated with alcohol when he crashed his SUV.

I hope he comes out of prision, having learned from his mistakes and grown up. Maby he will be able to set a good example by straightening his life out. Brittney, Lindsey and Paris, sure haven't. Nicole as definitly changed since getting pregnant. I still want to believe in Lane, he's young and made a huge mistake. I hope he changes his ways in memory of the young man who died.
