CSI: Miami Rerun Beats "Studio 60"
NBC's "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" may have stopped the bleeding after 6 million viewers abandoned the rookie drama by the beginning of November sweeps, but the drama just got pummeled by a repeat of the CBS procedural CSI: Miami (11,5 million).
After over 15 million viewers tuned in to see how "Heroes" ended its fall run making the show the second most watched program of the evening, only 7,42 million viewers watched the "Studio 60" Christmas show. One might wonder what would happen if "Studio 60" did not have weak competition over on ABC ('What About Brian', 6,16 million) or one of the strongest NBC shows as a lead-in.
The #1 show in America last night was NBC's 8pm game show "Deal Or No Deal" (17,18 million), while FOX's two-hour live event "Billboard Music Awards" lost 10% of viewers as opposed to last year's telecast.
