Sexy Jessica Simpson presented her new swimwear line at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Miami this weekend and her proud mama Tina Simpson who helped design the line was there to share the after-party spotlight.

In addition to being a bubblegum pop-star and a wannabe actress with modest box office potential, Jessica Simpson is a successful entrepreneur who has earned millions of dollars in a number of lucrative deals.

She has also launched:

* "Hairdo Salon Clip-In Hair" hair-extensions with celebrity stylist Ken Paves available via Home Shopping Network,

* "Dessert" beauty products with such decadent names as "Deliciously Kissable Butterscotch Toffee Lip Candy Gloss," etc.

* a line of ladies wedge shoes and boots,

* a line of plus-size jeans

and many other products. On top of all of that, Jessica has also appeared in advertising campaigns for Pizza Hut, Pro-Activ Solution and IceBreakers.

There may be those who are laughing at Jessica's recording and acting efforts, but it appears she is the one laughing all the way to the bank.
