TOM (ZEKE) ON "LOST" MAY BE GAY

Last night ABC premiered the third season of "Lost" answering a number of burning questions fans have been asking for months, yet posing many more new ones.

One of the surprises may be the revelation that a character we have known since the first season finale, the man with the fake beard they used to call Zeke (his real name Tom was disclosed in the second season finale), may be gay.

After Kate had taken a shower she was taken aback seeing Tom in the bathroom, looking at her. Sensing her discomfort he reasured her she was not his type. This prompted the fans who are always looking for hints and clues and easter egges and take every line with immense significance to assume he may be the first gay character on "Lost".
