MEET "THE OTHERS"

As we count the remaining minutes down to tonight's 3rd season premiere of "LOST" on ABC (9/8c), we have some juicy details from the backstage about three new characters who will join The Others this season.

They are Elizabeth Mitchell, known for her role in the world famous ER, Kiele Sanchez (Related) and the man dubbed as "The Brazilian Tom Cruise", Rio de Janeiro-born Rodrigo Santoro (Love Actually).

Elizabeth Mitchell will play a character called Juliet who may become an object of affection for Jack (Matthew Fox). In the season premiere, the doctor is trapped in a glass box and attacks Juliet in an attempt to outwit The Man Previously Known As Henry Gale.

The other two actors' roles are veiled in mystery. Kiele Sanchez, the young and beautiful actress, will play Nikki, the girl who romances Santoro’s character. The sexy Brazilian Santoro is best known for playing the hunky colleague of Laura Linney in Love Actually. His character Paulo, who as exec producer Carlotn Cuse jokingly says 'will not be jumping on any couches', will supposedly be caught by Claire making love to Nikki in a tent in an upcoming episode .

The actors are joining Michael Emerson (Henry Gale/Ben), M.C Gainey (Zeke/Tom), Michael Bowen (Pickett), Tania Raymonde (Alexandra 'Alex' Rousseau) and April Grace (Bea) who have already appeared as 'The Others'.

William Mapother (Ethan) and Bertt Cullen (Goodwin) had been killed (murdered by survivors of Oceanic Flight 815), but will appear in future flashbacks including the shocking season premiere teaser tonight.
