TV Ratings: Wednesday (April 16, 2008)
Democratic Presidential Candidate Debate helps ABC perk up on Wednesday night; a CBS procedural is once again the 2nd most watched show of the evening; and FOX's comedy combo does a little better than CBS' painful to watch "Big Brother."
Powered by the debate, ABC's mishandled romantic drama "Men in Trees" gained 600,000 viewers; "Criminal Minds" proved to be solid counter-programming to "American Idol;" and the poor CW can't break the 4 million mark with the fading "Top Model."
