Teri Hatcher Fills Backpacks at Food Bank
"Desperate Housewife" Teri Hatcher filled backpacks with food for the needy from the Los Angeles Food Bank in LA on Wednesday as part of an initiative by America's Second Harvest, sponsored by Netflix.
According to America's Second Harvest, one in 10 people in America faces hunger.
The organization is serving working parents struggling to make ends meet, children who need food on weekends when school lunch programs are closed, and the elderly who are forced to choose between groceries and medical care.
