Madonna Rocks Live Earth (VIDEO Update)
Megastar Madonna rocked the London leg of the global Live Earth gigs beamed to 2 billion people across the world beginning with a performance of her official Live Earth song "Hey You" where she was joined by a choir of schoolchildren. Check out the images and the official song video after the jump. UPDATE: We now have videos of Live Earth performance of La Isla Bonita, Hung Up, Hey You and Ray of Light.
Wearing a below-the-knee puff-sleeved dress, matching knee-length leggings and black patent Mary-Janes, the star strummed an electric guitar to "Ray of Light" before bursting into La Isla Bonita accompanied by cult New York Gypsy punk band Gogol Bordello. She closed the London event with a blistering rendition of her disco hit Hung Up.
The event took place at London's recently renovated Webmley stadium and featured such greats as Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Duran Duran, Genesis, the Beastie Boys, Metallica, Foo Fighters, Black Eyed Peas, Pussycat Dolls, Keane, Spice-Girl Geri Halliwell and many other.

Yup, all that carbon waste just from these concerts alone. Yup, lets alert people to the "dangers" of Global Warming by polluting the environment even more.
As for GW itself, I might actually take it seriously if I saw the big supporters of it(Edwards, Gore) taking their advice seriously. Until I start to see them making big reforms to their lives, I see no need as to why I have to.
