'Identity' Does Well Again, "House" Rerun Scores

Last year NBC successfully launched "Deal Or No Deal" in a week-long event, bringing it back later in the season. The game show quickly became the network's biggest new hit last season. Can NBC do the same with "Identity"?

In its second outing, the new series scored 8,2 million viewers. Although that was a loss of over 4 million viewers from Monday, the first episode had the benefit of a "Deal" lead-in.

Whether or not "Identity" could also become a mid-season series remains to be seen after tonight's and Thursday's installment.

The only scripted first-run program of the evening were two back to back episodes of ABC's new sitcom "Big Day" that averaged lackluster 4,7 million viewers.

The top program of the evening was the rerun of NCIS (11,2 mil), while the rerun of FOX's "House" won the 9pm slot with rather impressive 10 million viewers.
