A Very "Desperate" Christmas

Apart from Zach Young's faux Christmas at the Van De Kamps in early season 1 "Desperate Housewives" have never had a Yuletide-themed episode. Well, that is about to change as the residents of TV's campiest cul-de-sac organize a holiday block party in an upcoming episode.

The episode entitled "The Miracle Song" which is scheduled to air November 26 on ABC will bring a new love interest for Gabrielle and take Susan's relationship with Ian to a new level. One of the residents will be spending the holidays in jail and Lynette who had suspected her new neighbor Art of being a pedophile comes to a change of heart.

Can you guess whom Marc Cherry and the gang chose to put that Santa outfit on?

YES! I have been waiting for this for so long now, since the series started actually. A Desperate Housewives Christmas Special, AH, finally.

Ah, that's going to be a cute episode. I can see that already.

I hope they give that Frasier writer who wrote last week's episode more opportunities. He did a really good job at recapturing the season 1 magic.
