NBC's MUST-SEE TV RETURNS
Following last week's shocking announcement that they would fire 700 people and cut down on scripted comedy and drama by programming only reality shows in the 8pm hour, NBC have come their senses and made the first two steps that may actually bring some much-needed credibility to the troubled network.
Starting November 30, NBC will ditch Thursday night edition of their hit game show "Deal or no Deal" (the lowest rated of 3 weekly editions) going back to two telecasts per week on Monday and Friday nights at 8/7c. The show averages over 15 million viewers on Monday nights, but one third of that audience flocks to either CSI and Grey's Anatomy on Thursday nights.
It gets better. NBC will reinstate their trademark Must-See TV schedule on Thursdays by airing 4 sitcoms back-to-back between 8-10pm ET/PT. The network will launch the sixth season of the award-winning comedy "Scrubs" at 9pm and move Tina Fey's "30 Rock" to accompany it. The revised comedy line-up is as follows:
8pm My Name Is Earl
8:30pm The Office
9pm Scrubs
9:30pm 30 Rock
8:30pm The Office
9pm Scrubs
9:30pm 30 Rock
Labels: Must-See TV, NBC

No! Now I'm forced to decide between Scrubs and Grey's Anatomy?
