"THE O.C." PREMIERES ONLINE IN 48 HOURS

Broadcast networks have really started taking the Internet seriously.

FOX has just announced it will present the fourth season premiere of their hit teen-soap "The O.C." one week prior to its broadcast premiere, that is the day after tomorrow.

On Thursday, October 26 FOX will stream the episode via News Corp's social networking hub MySpace, as well as 24 local owned-and-operated stations websites.

In addition, FOX will also present the second episode via MySpace and these ad-supported streams of both episodes will remain online for a week.
