Samaire Armstrong Leaves "Dirty Sexy Money"

TV Guide has confirmed today what I had speculated about 4 months ago - Samaire Armstrong who plays ditzy but lovable heiress Juliet Darling on ABC's "Dirty Sexy Money" is leaving the regular cast.

The actress who did not take part in this week's "Dirty Sexy Money" panel at the Paley festival as well as a similar event in late 2007 may only reappear on the show in its upcoming second season on a recurring basis.

Armstrong missed taping of the soap's Thanksgiving episode as she confronted personal problems during her brief stay at a rehab facility. Shortly after that, spoilers revealed her character Juliet was leaving the US with her new boy toy Kai (Alex Nesic) in one of the 3 unaired episodes.
