TV Ratings: Thursday (1/10/08)
In what may have been their final head-to-head battle this season, ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" and CBS' "CSI" split leadership. NBC's "Celebrity Apprentice" was down 3 million, but managed to build on "30 Rock." ABC's CEO drama "Big Shots" however fizzled out at 10 p.m.
As always "Grey's Anatomy" was the most watched program among adults 18-49, while CSI won the night in total viewers. Both shows are however considerably down from their 20+ million levels last year at this time.
Due to fierce competition "Celebrity Apprentice" lost almost 3 million pairs of eyeballs since last Thursday's premiere. The show however still did well by building on "30 Rock's" limited audience.
Meanwhile, ABC's "Big Shots" finally aired a new episode after an all-new "Grey's," but the results were worse than ever. The Michael Vartan show lost more than 60% of "Grey's" audience and 2 million people switched the channel by 10:30.
