Luke & Noah's Halloween Feud

Oh, I just had to post this image the moment I laid my eyes on it. Colonel Mayer (or Retard as I used to refer to him, no offense to the actor) and the boys in love on the CBS soap "As the World Turns." Of course "Hardcastle and McCormick" star Daniel Hugh Kelly had to step out of his homophobic character in order to make this picture. And that's a great opportunity for a little recap of what went down during a Nuke Halloween.

Following last week's tender closing scene, the boys' relationship is encountering new challenges. Maddie has moved away and Luke's parents have separated. Meanwhile, he is still bound to his wheelchair, getting all cranky and pushing Noah away. I certainly hope the soapy twist preventing the happy couple from consummating their loving relationship will be over before the writers strike takes the show off air in November.
