"Heroes," "Prison Break" Season Finales to Air in December?
TV Guide is reporting that the cast and crew of NBC's "Heroes" are filming an alternative ending to its December 3 episode which, if necessary, could serve as the second season finale.
The episode was supposed to conclude the current "Generations" arc of the series, but since some observers say the writers strike may last as long as the one in 1988, the new cliffhanger could wrap up the entire season of "Heroes."
If the strike is averted, the ending will be scrapped and the season will go ahead as planned with the next arc starting in January, just like last season.
The producers of "Prison Break" are in a slightly better position - their December 17 fall finale was originally supposed bring the show to a dramatic climax prior to the show's return in April.
That means they don't need to begin filming the spring episodes before mid February or even early March and although it is too early to speculate, that may be sufficient time for the writers residuals dispute to be settled.

although I don't like to see it, it may be the best thing.
especially for heroes which has been getting kind of dull actually.
Tim Kring said the next few episodes were better though.
I'll be the judge of that, wel not I, but we :-)
to bad about the other shows though, especially dirty sexy money.
Will any new show survive this year? I am now doubtful of this. At least if they all fall, we won't have any show to hate, just the writers.
Everyone loves these shows they are the best thing that has happen to the network there is no way they would stop their production due to certain inconveniences there are way too many fans out there of those shows and they can make a lot of money by keeping them on rather than lose because the people are waiting anxiously to see whats gonna happen next so there will be a lot more heroes and prison break to come for a long time. There are no better shows, but those.
