"Grey's Anatomy" Spoilers #4.07 "Physical Attraction...Chemical Reaction"
Jeff Perry returns as Meredith's and Lexie's father Thatcher Grey and "Prison Break's" Rockmond Dunbar ("C-Note") guest stars on the November 8 episode of "Grey's Anatomy" titled "Physical Attraction... Chemical Reaction."
George (T.R. knight) and Izzie's (Katherine Heigl) romantic chemistry is put to the test, as Derek (Patrick Dempsey) asks for more than a physical connection from Meredith (Ellen Pompeo).
Much to his own surprise, Mark (Eric Dane) develops a crush on a fellow surgeon.
Callie's (Sara Ramirez) role as Chief Resident is placed in jeopardy after she delegates much of her job to Bailey (Chandra Wilson).

For the time being, your guess is as good as mine.
Everyone says it's Cristina, but I think it will be Doctor Hahn because she is a hard ass and can keep old Markie on his toes.
Callie...don't think so. If he's already been with her, it wouldn't be "much to his own surprise".
My guess is Hahn too ... she is tough and he likes that!
