"Hairspray" premieres in Hollywood, Sarah Michelle Gellar films another "Maybelline" commercial in New York, Beyonce supports fellow "Destiny's Child" Kelly Rowland and Hilary Duff is set to appear on "So You Think You Can Dance?". Also, "Grey's" stars Heigl and Walsh, Kylie Minogue, Orlando Bloom, Jen Garner, Lindsay Lohan, Perez Hilton and more.

The long-anticipated remake of the 1988 John Waters classic premiered on Tuesday night in Hollywood. Zac Efron, Brittany Snow, John Travolta, Kelly Preston, Michelle Pfeiffer, a dark Carmen Electra and many others were there to celebrate. The movie opens nationwide on Friday.




Kelly Rowland has released her second album. First week sales are not that stellar, the album came in at #6 on the Billboard chart with 83,746 units sold. Beyonce was snapped at the party celebrating the launch on Tuesday night.



Hilary Duff will take part in Thursday night's "So You Think You Can Dance?" results show performing the song "Stranger." "Hairspray" choreographer will be the guest judge for the night.


Passionate My Space lesbian conversation of Lindsay Lohan and pal deejay Samantha Ronson was leaked on Wednesday. The conversations were saved under the title "Lindsay's Lesbian Love Letters." The 21-year-old "Mean Girls" star said in her messages to Ronson that she wants to marry her and have kids with her. The actress was snapped after a business meeting at Geoffrey's in Hollywood on Wednesday.


Actress Reese Witherspoon is pictured below doing some shopping in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. The divorced actress was seeing her "Rendition" co-star Jake Gyllenhaal earlier this year, before the couple decided no to pursue a relationship. Their movie opens October 12.


Actress Liv Tyler was also doing some shopping in London, UK with sister Chelsea when she bumped into her "Lord of the Rings" co-star Orlando Bloom on Wednesday. The actress is filming "The Incredible Hulk" set for a 2008 release. The actor is expected to star in the Roman Polanski historical drama "Pompeii" alongside Scarlet Johannson. The high-profile movie will be released in 2009.


Pop-star Kylie Minogue was photographed on the set of the British cult drama "Dr. Who" in Cardiff on Wednesday. The singer will appear in the Christmas special of the series.



Sarah Michelle Gellar was seen on the set of yet another Maybelline commercial in Manhattan. The former "Buffy" actress has been the face of the L'Oreal brand for almost a decade. The company has used the "Maybe She's Born With It. Maybe It's Maybelline" tagline for over 16 years now.




ESPN's annual sports event ESPY Awards was held on Wednesday night at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre. LaDainian Tomlinson won 4 awards including athlete of the year. Actress Kate Walsh presented one of the awards. The show airs Sunday night at 9 p.m. on ESPN.
