ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" Spoilers #2.01 "Home Front" : Reverend Boyfriend Returns

The drama's gay priest (Eric Winter) returns to romance Kevin Walker (Matthew Rhys), but will he spread the gospel of love beyond the season premiere of "Brothers & Sisters?" Also, "Lethal Weapon" star Danny Glover joins the ABC drama. Nora Walker (Sally Field) would be proud. Also, Uncle Saul meets his ex-lover Milo's son.

"Days of our Lives" hottie Eric Winter will reprise his role as Kevin Walker's love interest Jason McCallister in the first episode of the "Brothers & Sisters" sophomore season. Though poor Kevin may be headed for a bar to soak his sorrow in alcohol if his boyfriend dumps him as early as in the season opener (actor Eric Winter is a series regular on the new CBS musical "Viva Laughlin.")


Meanwhile, mama Walker has a love life of her own. TV Guide reports Danny Glover will play Sally Field's new love interest on the show and I can imagine Republican-bashing Nora being very happy if she could hear who gets to play the man she falls for. Glover caused controversy among some people expressing his support for Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez who branded President Bush as a "devil."

Last May, we found out Uncle Saul who had fooled around with Patricia Wettig's Holly in early episodes may actually be gay. We met his former lover Milo Petterson played by Michael Nourri (Summer's father on 'The O.C.') Now Milo returns and introduces Saul to his son Dan. Saul reminisces about the time he spent with Milo in Key West back in the 70s. Will the old flame rekindle?



Also in the episode, Nora marks one year since her husband's death and makes a video blog for her son Justin (Dave Annable) who is in Iraq. She clashes with her Republican daughter Kitty (Calista Flockhart) when she asks her to use her influence with Senator McCallister (Rob Lowe) to find out how Justin is doing. Will another disastrous Walker dinner ensue?
