Wentworth Miller "Disloyal" to 'French Cafe'

Our Friday's Candyman "Prison Break" star Wentworth Miller was spotted by the paparazzi yesterday enjoying a Starbucks drink on the go. The actor recently appeared in an advertising campaign promoting the Korean brand Nam Yang French Cafe.



Since the product is not available in the United States, the hunky actor will not be facing any lawsuits, as did some celebrities who had been seen using products that had not been a part of their endorsement deals.



Earlier this year, actress Charlize Theron was sued by watchmaker Raymond Weil after she was photographed wearing a Christian Dior watch for a perfume ad as well as at a press conference, although she had been under a contract to promote Weil watches.
