"Private Practice" Premieres This Thursday
This Thursday ABC airs the 2-hour episode of "Grey's Anatomy" that may serve as a pilot to what media refers to as "Private Practice," the Kate Walsh-fronted spin-off series that begins with Addison's trip to Los Angeles seeking her friend's help to conceive a child.
The TV event of May Sweeps takes place at the Oceanside Wellness Group, a private clinic that employs two of Addison's closest and recently divorced medical schoolmates Naomi (Merrin Dungey, "Alias") and Jackson (Taye Diggs, "Day Break".)
Much like randy interns at Seattle Grace, the doctors at O.W.G., including The Nine's Tim Daly, Judging Amy's Amy Brenneman and Prison Break's Paul Adelstein will be addicted to sex. And "Life as We Know It" alum Chris Lowell and his hunkalicious physique won't make matters any easier.
ABC has yet to greenlight the series, but as Hollywood trade press reports, there haven't been any safer bets on TV in a long time.

I thought the premiere episode of Private Practice was way to slow. As a Grey's Anatomy fan it was the worse episode I have seen yet. Sorry but I hated it.
Safe to say any true Grey's fan hated it. Based on this "pilot" I wont be adding it to my must see list
big fan and loved it can't wait
