"Grey's Anatomy" Finale: Izzy and Callie - Still Civilized (Spoiler Pics)

ABC has released the first promotional images from the upcoming season finale episode of "Grey's Anatomy" (airs next week, May 17) and it appears Izzy and Callie are still able to be in the same room together.

In fact the girls seem to be having a lot of fun during Christina's bridal shower.

The love triangle that put a number of "Grey's" fans off may finally come to a conclusion as Callie makes a decision about her relationship with George in this episode. Will she fight Izzy? Or will she go away?
