"Ugly Betty's" Ana & Becki Have Gay Ole Time In West Hollywood
MARCH 6, 2007: "Ugly Betty" stars Ana Ortiz and Becki Newton who play Hilda and Amanda on the ABC comedy series hit West Hollywood on the weekend with G&L portal Out.com and the hit series' openly gay creator and writer Silvio Horta in search of some gay ole time in L.A.'s hot spots.
The ladies soaked up the atmosphere at East/West Lounge, The Abbey and The Factory nightclub where they danced to Christina Aguilera's "Dirrty" with Silvio Horta and staged a catfight over the Golden Globe "Ugly Betty" recently won for Best Television Series - Musical or Comedy.
At one point Ana asked if the term "fag hag" was offensive, because she was really excited about being one. "It's a badge of honor", Becki replied. I don't know about you guys, but I really want to party with these gals.
