VIDEO: "Brothers & Sisters" Original Pilot
FEBRUARY 15, 2007: You may have seen the scenes from the "Brothers and Sisters" original pilot if you managed to catch this promo clip on ABC.com in the summer of 2006, but as soon as ABC scrapped that pilot, the trailer was taken down.
Now the trailer has resurfaced on You Tube and, as you may see in the video below, 14 episodes later "Brothers & Sisters" is a very different show. Here is also the link to my last year's post about the original pilot.

That's so cool Justin, thanks, never seen that before!
Betty Buckley was too old for that part that Sally Field took over (it was a good replacement!). Who was the original gay brother? He looks familiar, and so much hotter than the current one (who is cute yes, but this previous guy is hot! I've seen him before!). I'm glad they didn't give him a kid!
Is it just me but is Patricia Wettig looking more and more like a drag queen with all that mascara she puts on??? Pretty scary! LOL
Isn't that Anthony Lapaglia's brother? I'm pretty sure it is.
I do think it was a good idea to scrap the whole kid/divorce thing. It is kinda weird seeing the original concept.... I would like to see how it would play out but all-in-all I do like how the show is now. I hope they bring Scotty back!
Also, what happen to the affair Sara was almost having with the black co-worker?
Jonathan LaPaglia (Seven Days, The District) was the roiginal Kevin...
As it seems Kitty had originally a thing with Dan Futtermann of Judging Amy fame!? Mmm, I'd prefered him over the actor who eventually played Jonathan Sellers...
All in all, the right stories were scraped as it seems. So glad for Sally Field!
