Ugly Betty Spoilers #115: "Brothers": Meade Family Reunion
ABC was originally going to call this episode "Brothers & Friends". Now a new press release announced a new title - "Brothers". I guess the Meades have given up on being friends. Or have they?
The day before ABC aired the shocking revelation that Rebecca Romijn's character was playing Daniel Meade's presumed-dead brother Alex post-sex change, the cast and crew of "Ugly Betty" went back to work following their huge win at the Golden Globes and filmed this scene from the upcoming "Brothers" episode of "Ugly Betty" on location at the Santa Monica Pier.
In the episode, the members of the Meade family are trying to come to terms with the idea that not only is their son and brother Alex whom they had already said the final farewell to alive and well, but he is now a very attractive woman called Alexis.
The dysfunctional Meades are going to be at each other's throats in this episode leaving Mode magazine in chaos. As always, Betty will come to rescue and try to keep peace, but can she do that as the cunning Wilhelmina plans her next move?
