TV Ratings: "Heroes" Vs. "24": Round 2
Both NBC's "Heroes" and FOX's "24" came out as winners in their second head-to-head battle last night, as "24" took the lead in total viewers (14,05 million vs. 13,57) and "Heroes" was superior in the advertiser-friendly 18-49 demo.
Earlier in the evening, NBC's "Deal Or No Deal" was not only the most watched show at 8pm (16,86 million), but also the highest-rated program of the evening as CBS aired a rerun of "CSI: Miami" at 10pm (13,43 million).
FOX's "Prison Break" remained solid holding on to its average audience of a little less than 10 million people.
"Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" at 10pm almost ruined NBC's overall win on Monday night losing over 50% of the very incompatible "Heroes" audience hitting its season-low 6,95 million viewers.
Isn't it obvious "Medium" would be a much more fitting choice in its old timeslot (Mondays at 10pm)instead of being butchered on Wednesday nights where it is about to face "Lost"?
Finally, The CW's original comedy line-up did much worse than UPN comedy repeats one year ago.
