SpoilersLost has revealed exclusive details about tonight's episode of "LOST". As we already know, the episode "I Do" is Kate centric and features the story about her wedding.

In the flashback Kate meets a man called Kevin, falls in love and marries him while living under a false identity. Their love story ends when following a negative pregnancy test she realizes she could never lead a normal life while on the run and leaves him.

Locke, Sayid, Desmond, Nikki and Paulo bury Mr. Eko. During eulogy Locke notices writing on Eko's Holy stick and taking that as a sign makes a decision to head up north.

Alex Rousseau opens fire at The Others demanding that they tell her where Karl is. They take her away as she screams at Kate that they will kill Sawyer.

Jack informs Ben he will not perform the surgery. When Ben says he is disappointed, Jack replies he would not be disappointed for a long time.

Kate is taken to Jack to persuade him to do the surgery. Jack realizes angrily she was forced to make a plea for Ben. Kate tells him in tears they threatened to kill Sawyer.

Later Kate breaks out from her cage and wants to run away with Sawyer, but he tells her about the 2nd island and no escape. Her hopes shattered, she finds comfort in his embrace, kisses him and makes love to him.

Jack finds the door of his prison unlocked and goes to the monitor room where he sees Kate and Sawyer on screen. Ben comes up, behind his back and tells Jack he had expected Kate to end up with him. Jack points a gun at him. When Ben expects Jack's bullet to be the final nail in his coffin, Jack tells him he will do the surgery the following day and demands that he be taken off the damn island.

During the surgery, Jack makes a wrong cut on purpose and tells The Others Ben would bleed to death within an hour.

Kate is held at gunpoint by Pickett who wants revenge for Colleen and kill Sawyer. He is about to execute Sawyer when Mr. Friendly contacts Pickett over walkie talkie and informs him that Jack is about to kill Ben if they do not release Kate.

Jack talks to Kate on the walkie talkie and tells her she has one hour to run away. He tells her to call him in one hour and if she is safe tell him the story he told her when she stitched him up on the beach.

Kate replies she can not leave.

Pickett still keeps his gun pointed at Sawyer's head.

Jack yells at Kate: "Run!"

Kate does not know what to do.
