7th HEAVEN SQUASHED ON SUNDAY

Despite airing opposite World Series on FOX (16,47 million viewers), ABC's "Desperate Housewives" continues to rule the roost, nabbing over 19,5 million viewers last night. "Brothers & Sisters" which just got picked for a full season fared worse (a little over 12 million).

The big loser was The CW's drama "7th Heaven" which scored a little over 3 million viewers, a far cry from its heyday.

On Saturday, the return of "Kidnapped" generated little interest as less than 5 million viewers tuned in.

Also, bad news for ABC's Friday night drama "Men in Trees". The Alaska based Anne Heche drama hit series-low at a little over 6 million viewers.
