"Brothers & Sisters" Season 3 Stills
Time to enjoy more of that airbrushed goodness the networks inflict upon us before the start of a new TV season. In a shot reminiscent of their season 1 family portrait, the cast of ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" tout the launch of their third season.
One notable addition this year is Kevin Walker's (Matthew Rhys) husband Scotty (Luke MacFarlane) who proudly exposes his wedding ring in the individual shot. The couple wed in the show's groundbreaking season 2 finale in May.
"Brothers & Sisters" which went straight into production of season 3 upon completion of season 2 (albeit taking a summer break in July) will be back in its regular timeslot, Sundays at 10:00pm, after "Desperate Housewives," beginning September 28.
The show managed to maintain its solid season 1 ratings last year (about 11-12 million viewers on average), although it did show some weakness when it didn't get an all-new "Desperate Housewives" lead-in on several occasions last winter, due to the writers' strike.
The storylines planned for the season ahead include the early 2009 arrival of a new Walker sibling (do we really need a new one?), Rebecca and Justin coming to terms with feelings they have for each other, Robert and Kitty exploring possibilities for becoming parents, Kevin making an important career decision and enjoying life with Scotty and more.

This is one of the best shows in the world! It has a reazonable success back here in Portugal, the dialogues are amazing!
I simply can't wait for B&S to come back!!! I hv rewatched so many times the first 2 seasons. It is the best show.
I wanna c Saul get it on with Milo. I wanna c more Kevin & Scotty. Oh, those 2 just do it for me in so many ways. Am sooooo glad Luke is finally not guest-starring anymore. He earned it!
I'm dying to take a look at the fresh new season:) The whole family bond and communication they hold reminds me a lot my own family, and that's why i love the show! In Portugal the show's success is rising and i guess that is partially due to the great story lines and familyorama they have going on:)
