TV Ratings: Thursday (12/6/07)
In their final head-to-head battle this year, all-new episodes of Thursday night blockbusters "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "Grey's Anatomy" reigned supreme, splitting leadership in total viewers and adults 18-49.
The 300th episode of NBC's veteran medical drama "ER" failed to score any extraordinary ratings, finishing last in the timeslot with a little over 8 million viewers.
ABC's 'Ugly Betty' also appears to have softened considerably year-to-year. Last year a repeat of the show scored 8.73 million viewers. This year even Betty White couldn't help break the 10 million mark for an all-new episode.
An all-new "Grey's Anatomy" failed to match its season average of 19.7 million viewers. One year ago, on a comparable evening in late November, the show scored a much heftier 24.27 million viewers.
