"Dirty Sexy Money" Spoilers #1.08 "The Country House"
ABC's Wednesday night sudser "Dirty Sexy Money" is back this week with the Karen Darling wedding episode. Next week, the Darling clan is traveling out of Manhattan to celebrate Thanksgiving at "The Country House" (airs November 21, at 10/9c on ABC).
The episode was filmed at a mansion in Pasadena in early to mid October. Actress Samaire Armstrong was absent from the set due to her reported treatment for eating disorder at a rehab center, so her character Juliet may not appear in this episode.
Karen's (Natalie Zea) fiance Freddy is missing from these images. Since Juliet takes Karen and Freddy's exotic honeymoon with her BFF Natalie Kimpton (Tamara Feldman) and actor Daniel Cosgrove went back to daytime, I sense Karen may get married and file for divorce in the same day.
Next week though in "The Country House," Nick (Peter Krause) and Lisa (Zoe McLellan) are looking forward to spending their Thanksgiving holiday together, with no Darlings.
Their plan for the holiday changes when Tripp (Donald Sutherland) demands that Nick set up a face-to-face meeting at the family's country house with a skeptical Simon Elder (Blair Underwood).
During the visit, Letitia (Jill Clayburgh) initiates her plan to help Karen get the man she really wants, Nick George.
Meanwhile, Nick tries to stop Andrea (Sheryl Lee) from taking Brian's son away from him.
Patrick's wife, Ellen (Bellamy Young), insists on meeting his transgendered mistress, Carmelita (Candis Cayne).
Finally, Jeremy (Seth Gabel) keeps up his disguise as a poor valet on his first date with Sofa (Sofia Vergara).
