"Ugly Betty" the New "Will & Grace"?
Let's see. The show is a comedy. It airs on Thursday nights. It appeals to gay audiences. And it's crammed with celebrity guest stars (James Vanderbeek, Victor Garber, Marlo Thomas, Victoria Beckham and just announced Kirstie Alley). Oh, and there's a dynamic duo of a straight woman and a gay man who are so deliciously fabulous at being vicious to everyone. Sound like "Will & Grace," right?
Now, I'm not really sure where I'm getting with this post, since it was originally conceived to report the casting of Kirstie Alley (as originally announced by Liz Smith), but I guess that's boring. So why don't I just say: Hey, ABC? How about "The Marc and Amanda Show?" Bring it, baby, bring it! On second thought, look what happened to poor Joey Tribbiani. Maybe it's better to enjoy luxury in smaller doses. And I guess that concludes this weird post.
I love you Marc and Amanda!!!

Perhaps a bit off topic, but for those of us living outside the US, has Marc's boyfriend arrived already?
