This Season's First Cancellation
Although FOX was first to pull its freshman series "Nashville," the network insists the reality program will be back (you don't believe that, do you?). For this reason the honor for this year's first cancellation goes to The CW.
The netlet has just announced it has 404ed it Sunday night Internet video show "Online Nation." Apparently, people want to watch their online videos... online. Now who would've thought of that?
The show which pulled in less than 600,000 viewers last Sunday will immediately be replaced with repeats of The CW's hilarious yet low-rated new Monday night comedy "Aliens in America."
Hopefully this additional exposure will help this little gem of a comedy improve its performance in the ratings. The comedy has averaged only 2.22 million viewers over the past couple of weeks placing it #96 on the top-100.
The CW's entire Sunday night line up is in trouble dragging down the performance of the network as a whole.
Its new 8pm drama "Life is Wild" has so far averaged only 1.35 million viewers, while 9pm repeats of "America's Next Top Model" have been the highest-rated show of the evening.

Jeez what a way to scare people! I thought they had cancelled Aliens and was ready post a rant/cry story.
I know.
It was a cheap shot, but I couldn't resist...
LOL...
I think Viva Laughlin will be put out of it's misery pretty soon too. It got apalling numbers after being given a stab at keeping some of the CSI reviwers. How well do you think it will do on a Sunday with 60 minutes as a lead in? All I can say is 'welcome home Reverend Boyfriend'!!
