"Prison Break" Star, Wife Separate

Australia-raised "Prison Break" star Dominic Purcell and his wife Rebecca Williamson have separated, reports People Magazine. The couple have four children Joseph, 8; Audrey, 6 and twins Lily-Rose and Augustus, 4.

Purcell and his wife have lived in Laguna Beach, CA, although the family had traveled to Chicago, IL during the filming of the first season of "Prison Break." The show is currently filming its third season in Dallas, TX.

According to People, the separation was amicable.

Purcell is set to appear in the upcoming Joel Schumacher horror thriller "Town Creek" (co-starring "The Tudors" hunk Henry Cavill) which was filmed in Bucharest, Romania in the spring.

The actor originally came to the United States in 2000 after winning the green card lottery.
