"Private Practice" Spoilers #1.01 ""In Which We Meet Addison, A Nice Girl From Somewhere"

Despite what they had said, it appears a "Grey's Anatomy" star (other than Kate Walsh, that is) does appear in the first episode of ABC's new medical series "Private Practice." Find out who it is and check out the official stills, spoilers and a sexy, new video preview.



At the invitation of her friend, fertility specialist Naomi Bennett, Addison Forbes Montgomery leaves her job at "Seattle Grace" and heads to Los Angeles to start a new job at Oceanside Wellness Group and to begin a new life.

Not expecting Addison's arrival are Naomi's business partners at the co-op wellness center, her ex-husband, internist Sam Bennett, psychiatrist Violet Turner, pediatrician Cooper Freedman and alternative medicine guru Pete Wilder (who is convinced Addison is there because of their recent kiss).

On her first day, Addison is presented a case that could make or break her acceptance among the Oceanside staff. James Pickens Jr. guest stars as Dr. Richard Webber on the season premiere episode of "Private Practice" "In Which We Meet Addison, a Nice Girl From Somewhere."
