"Brothers & Sisters" Spoilers #2.05 "Domestic Issues" - Joe Goes After Children

The poster is out and so is the first promo containing fresh scenes from the second season of Greg Berlanti's California-based drama "Brothers & Sisters." Meanwhile, spoilers for the 5th episode reveal the Whedon divorce battle turns ugly.

Sarah and Kevin, who represents her, remain in disbelief when they learn Joe will be seeking permanent majority custody, contrary to their original arrangement.

The battle becomes even more emotional when Sarah stands before the judge and begs him to grant her the custody of Paige and Cooper.

Meanwhile, Senator McCallister (Rob Lowe) takes part in Republican Primary Debates and is grilled for being too liberal and flip-flopping on issues.

When the political opponents bring Kitty (Calista Flockhart) and her pro-choice position into discussion, Senator asks that he be debated, not his family.

The Walkers watch the debate while trying to comfort Sarah who impatiently awaits the court decision.

This Halloween-themed episode will air October 28. For more spoilers on the upcoming episodes of "Brothers & Sisters" check out the links below.

I actually was tuned into this show for quite a while last season. I tuned in in the earlier seasons, got fed up with it, came back when it LOOKED to be getting better, and then gave it up when I read the spoilers for season 2. So yes, I WAS tuned in, I just won't be returning to it.

And do NOT call me a dramaqueen. I find it extremely offensive.
