ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" Season 2 Spoilers
Sarah is told shocking medical news. But will she be worried or relieved? Plus, the Whedon divorce takes its toll on the children, Scotty returns and he is in trouble, more heartache for Tommy and Julia and former Mrs. McCallister just won't go away.
Sarah is pregnant and the man she is divorcing is the father. But the doctor informs her there are life-threatening complications with her pregnancy and she will have to get an abortion. Will Sarah be relieved that the child she conceived with the man she could no longer live with never be born? Or will she be devastated?
Meanwhile, her divorce from Joe and the ongoing custody battle is taking its toll on their children, especially her diabetic daughter Paige who used to be a straight A student. The school warns Sarah about the change is Paige's behavior.
While Kevin's boyfriend Jason is abroad, he comes across his former flame Scotty. As you may have read, Scotty will return in an early season 2 episode, but this time he is unemployed, living in his car and charged with DUI. Scotty will then reappear in episode #7 in which he meets a shady guy. Is it a drug deal?
Senator McCallister continues his presidential campaign and his tour takes him to Iowa where he is about to get strong local support from a powerful meat producer. His ex-wife Courtney is still there to wreak havoc.
Finally, there's more trouble for the unhappy couple Tommy and Julia who lost one of their children at the end of season 1. Julia visits a doctor, but is she seeking treatment for cancer as some early spoilers suggested or was that storyline tweaked to focus on her depression following the loss of her child?
These spoilers are based on sides and may change by the time the actual episode is filmed. But do expect these to be the general directions of storylines once "Brothers & Sisters" enters the November sweeps.
As ever, many thanks to K.C. of Luke MacFarlane Online for the scoop.
