OK Magazine Britney Story Revealed

I have a new theory. Britney Spears is not crazy. She has only been playing the media and the paparazzi to keep her name buzzworthy before she makes a dramatic and miraculous comeback and storms the charts with her new CD! No? Well, just a thought. On to the juicy stuff. A "concerned" OK Magazine made sure everyone buys their August 6 issue out this Friday, but is the "sad and shocking" story exaggerated? What really happened? It all began when Britney Spears' reps contacted the magazine offering an exclusive interview in which the pop tart was to finally set the record straight and tell her side of the story.



Just two days after the interview (that appeared to have gone terribly wrong) a seemingly furious OK leaked details of their upcoming Britney Spears story to Perez Hilton as well as another gossip blog.

The mag however presented itself as a "concerned" party that weighed long whether to tell the true story about the interview or not as it is so damaging it may even spell "the end of Britney's career." Of course the cover and its hysterical headline "Britney's Meltdown" was also revealed.



Well, boo ****ing hoo, it appears that apart from Britney being an eccentric and trashy pop tart that we have known for quite a while (peeing with the toilet door open, wiping her greasy hands on a designer dress, not cleaning her dog's poo) the article may have been completely blown out of proportion as there is nothing new that hadn't already been leaked.

The end of Britney's career? I don't think so. We've seen worse. But well done, OK Magazine. You sure know how to do your marketing.
