Will This Woman Steal McDreamy?
MAY 8, 2007: Worried fans of "Grey's Anatomy" are wondering - who is that bar whore McDreamy is chatting with in next episode's promo and will he cheat on Meredith? As E! Online reports, the actress who plays her may be joining the drama next season.
Two years ago, actress Kate Walsh was one of the most "hated" women in America after her character Addison Montgomery joined "Grey's Anatomy" in the first season cliffhanger threatening to take Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) away from the title character Meredith (Ellen Pompeo.)
In the meantime Kate, who has remained on the medical drama, as she herself puts it, "like a house guest who wouldn't leave," is today one of its most popular characters.
Furthermore, the producers are putting together a new spin-off series based on her character leaving for greener pastures, or that is, sandy beaches of L.A.
Will "Reunion" alum Chyler Leigh who, as E! Online reports, has been offered a multiple episode-arc for next season, also be that lucky?
Given the negative reception two seconds of her character's appearance in this week's episode promo have generated, that will be highly unlikely.

I'm sure I won't hate her either. :) Now if only they could book Will Estes and Sean Faris, too. :)

I didn't like Will Estes and Sean Faris. But i loved Dave Annable.
I don't want anyone killing me here, but i think this new girl storyline can be interesting.
And correcting what i said before. I used to love her ON Reunion haha

McThreemy? How McNasty of you, Roland. :) I'd actually pass on McDreamy and go across ABC stealing McSteamy, McYummy (Dave Annable) and McFoxy (Matthew Fox) and have a McFourmy.
LOL. OK, this is getting way out of control. :)
Last season Greys did this with Callie and McSteamy just a bit earlier on. When I say 'this' I mean introduce a character this season and make them a regular next season.
Oh, they did, didn't they? I forgot about that. I hope they don't get rid of McSteamy, though. He hasn't really been given any decent storylines lately. And I hear a character or two may be leaving the show and I'm not talking Kate Walsh here.

I don't know if your rumor about who's leaving is the same as what I heard...Burke might be ditching Christina at the altar??? Maybe he's running away with George? Wouldn't that be special?? LOL

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW this new chick is FUGLYYYY!!!!! TAKE HER OFF NOWWWWWWW. she will just ruin the show by all her ugliness. She is no competition for Meredith lets be serious now ladies and gents.

But thinking about the whole thing, i would pass on McDreamy too.

I have to agree about Meredith. Ellen Pompeo has a great presence on screen. And I love seeing her face and hearing her voice. That slightly raspy quality to her voice. :) Oh, God. I'm falling in love with her! LOL
she's prettier than meredith + derek's an ass = why not have an affair/fling?
