"Ugly Betty" Stars to Dance at ABC Upfronts

They will dance and sing and to their "Ugly Betty" thing. Actors Michael Urie (Wilhelmina's mega-fab assistant Marc,) Becki Newton (Mode Magazine's super-hot receptionist Amanda) and Marl Indelicato (Betty's ultra-cute nephew Justin) will do a splashy song-and-dance number when ABC announces its fall schedule May 15, reports USA Today.

A devoted Shakespeare-phile, Michael Urie, whose hilarious gay character Marc gets to bitchslap his boss Wilhelmina on tonight's medieval-themed episode at her own request, is also rehearsing his role as Horatio in the South Coast Repertory's staging of Hamlet, opening June 1.

He is also looking forward to seeing New York production of Gypsy with gay icon Patti LuPone who, in a brilliant casting move, guest starred on "Ugly Betty" as Marc's homophobic mother. "Well, there goes my gay audience," said the actress at the time.

Urie also reveals to USA Today he is single, but prefers not to tell whom he dates. "I love the mystery. I'm not going to lie, but I'm not going to talk about it," he says.

No worries, Marc. We won't ask, if you don't tell.
