"Prison Break" Star: "I'm Guilty" (Courtroom VIDEO)
Former "Prison Break" star Lane Garrison who played Tweener on the FOX drama has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the December car crash that killed a 17-year-old boy and injured others.
In addition to a felony count of vehicular manslaughter charge, he pleaded guilty to one count of felony DUI with bodily injury, as well as a misdemeanor charge of providing alcohol to minors.
Garrison also acknowledged having a blood alcohol count of over 0.15 at the time of the accident.
He is scheduled to be sentenced August 2 and could face a maximum of five years and eight months behind bars.
His lawyer, Harlan Braun, said last month that the actor was prepared to take responsibility for his actions.
Sentencing was originally set for August 1, but later moved after the family of the victim, Vahagn Setian, asked that it not be held on their departed son's birthday.
