Is "Jericho" Dead?

Michael Ausiello has just reported that CBS' post-apocalypse drama "Jericho" will not be returning for a second season.

TV Guide's scoop sleuth claims that reliable sources have confirmed the cancellation of the Wednesday night drama.

The network has kept mum on all major changes to its fall 2007 schedule, but did confirm several pick-ups yesterday.

After the drama returned from winter hiatus it averaged 7-8 million viewers, down over 3 million from its fall 2006 average.

CBS announces the new schedule and confirms all cancellations tomorrow morning.
