"Tudors" Hunk Henry Cavill Replaces "Housewives" Hottie Jesse Metcalfe
British actor Henry Cavill, the bootylicious eye candy on last night's series premiere of Showtime's period drama "The Tudors", has replaced the troubled "Desperate Housewives" actor Jesse Metcalfe (who is currently in rehab battling alcohol addiction) in the upcoming movie "Town Creek" also starring "Prison Break" hunk Dominic Purcell.
"Town Creek" from director Joel Schumacher ('A Time to Kill', 'Phone Booth', 'The Phantom of the Opera') is a horror movie about a man (Purcell) and his brother (Cavill) on a mission of revenge who become trapped in a harrowing occult experiment dating back to the Third Reich.
It is not clear whether Metcalfe's recent drunken antics have influenced this casting decision.
Purcell and Cavill have just begun filming the movie in Romania while "Prison Break" is on a summer hiatus.
The film will be released at some point in 2008.

Wow, Henry Cavill has turned out to be more and more of a stud as he's growing up.
I'm happy he's taking over Metcalfe's position for a movie role. Cavill deserves more exposure and following in the USA. Much better actor too (over Metcalfe).

And he looks like a hot, young Dominic Purcell! Can't wait to see the movie!
