"Desperate Housewives" Hires New "Frasier" Writers

"Frasier" vet Joe Keenan who penned the "Bang" episode of "Desperate Housewives" may be leaving the show at the end of the current third season, but that doesn't mean creator Marc Cherry won't be getting any help from people who honed their writing skills on the classic NBC sitcom.

Hollywood trade press reports "Fraiser" scribes Anne Flett-Giordano and Chuck Ranberg will be joining the ABC hit series when it returns for a fourth season which is expected to premiere on September 23. Cherry is said to be very enthusiastic about the replacements.
